“Gov. Perry says our teachers should be held accountable with high-stakes testing, and he’s unwilling to hold himself accountable for some of the highest dropout rates in the nation,” White said.
White added that he will run the state like a business by bringing people together.
Farouk Shami spent the evening with the industry that helped make his business successful, attending a cosmetics gala in Dallas Sunday night.
He posed for pictures and shook hands at the event, one of three stops he made in North Texas on Sunday.
